Introducing Our House System: Building Spirit, Leadership & Unity
Welcome to the heart of our school’s spirit!
We chose these four powerful symbols as our school houses because they represent the timeless values, inner strength, and character traits we aim to instill in every students, guiding them to become balanced and impactful leaders of tomorrow.
Here is a glimpse into what each house stands for:

Houses promote co-curricular activities and cultural halves among the students. It inculcates and nurtures leadership qualities, responsibilities, and teamwork along with academic growth. Every group awaits the right leader who paves the way for students to walk on. Administration is a skill that acts as the backbone of any group and enhances the workflow.
House system also encourages the students to put their little sprouting steps towards acquiring administrative qualities. Hence, for better management he have elected these students on certain criteria such as 30 % academics, 20 % discipline ,20 % speech, 20 % interview, 10 % voting.
All these aspects were scrutinized for finalizing our leaders. We have delegated our powers among these apt and competent students who would forge a track and establish a trail for future leadership.
The Ultimate leadership quest : Selecting Head Boy and Head Girl.
We invited our senior most class 12th to participate for this opportunity. Our procedure was aiming not just to find our best too but also inculcate the confidence among the students who participated in this sprint.
School Management created several rigorous multistage steps to find perfect candidate.
Round 1 : Interview
Connects our students with our management team and a panel who asked cognitive questions which checked the mental, social and emotional presence of the students.
Round 2 : Campaign and Speeches
Belongs to the most overwhelming step of this journey where aspirants created posters, slogans, and team to get connected with students and addressed them as their future leaders.
Round 3 : Democratic Voting
This is the most awaited step as it includes the voting by students as we invited students from 6th class onwards to vote their favorite candidates based on the speech that was delivered by the candidates in the morning assembly and campaigning prior of the voting day. Hence this process helps in providing the hands on experience of practical democracy which students only observed in textbooks.
Setting the standards : Appointing our house captains and vice-captains.
A captain is a face of house as our school invited students from class 11th, each house has a captain who carries the leadership flag along with the responsibilities and pride. We believe that the school is the initial step in any student’s life which carves personality, self image and infrastructure for life. Hence, the elections of these students were based on their academics, discipline and active involvement in co-curricular activities.
Vice captains : Support to captains
Vice captain is the symbol of delegation of power. It feeds one of the goals of the management framework for school. With the co-ordination of captains and Vice captains work can flow easily. We selected our vice captains from class 9th and 10th based on criteria same as for captains.
The Results : Combining the scores
The aspects mentioned above were combined to identify our two best candidates for Head Girl and Head Boy. And we found Abhinav from 12th A Science as Head Boy and Bhawna from 12th C Arts as Head Girl.
A New Era of Leadership: Ready to Serve
This investiture ceremony marked the dawn of a thrilling new chapter for our school. As our newly elected Head Boy, Head Girl, and student council members stood proudly alongside their house flags—Sudarshan, Vajra, Pinaak, and Trishul—their sashes represented far more than just a title; they symbolised a deep commitment to service, integrity, and excellence.
Backed by the wisdom and unwavering support of our dedicated House Mentors, this leadership team is fully equipped to guide their peers, spark vibrant house rivalries, and build a cohesive, motivated student body. They proved themselves through a rigorous selection process, and we have absolute faith that they will lead by example, proving that true strength lies in unity and shared purpose.
